What a lovely flight so much fun travelled on Feb. 11 2017 from Varadero, Cuba to Calgary the head flight attendant Cheryl was so much fun and went out of her way to make us laugh and enjoy our flight and with great service Ithink their should be more fun for customers as flying a long time in the air can be taxing.The flight from Calgary to Kelowna was also very fun with a really nice head attendant as well, this does not happen very often when I or my family travels. so I thought I would let you know, the only thing I wish you would have more food on board as they run out faster after first class get the pick, I wanted a sand and they did not have any left. I forgot to order when we booked our flight. For the most part very nice flight and nice crew and it made our travel so nice. Thank You Very Much This was the first West Jet Vacations that we have taken and the resort was lovely The Paradisus Princess Del Mar. All I can say is that the property was beautiful and the food not bad this was our first trip to Cuba and we were very surprised at how nice the Resort was and everything was okay from the flight to the destination from the Airport and back to the Airport. Well Done

I was on a Westjet flight from Barbados travelling on January 26, 2017 to Canada. Flight was cancelled and I had to travel the following day January 27 instead. my reservation code is XSJPYK. Lyndon Chase the person in charge was amazingly wonderful, he took care of everyone in such a professional way that I could not believe. His smiling face and kind words of not to worry that everything would be OK was very reassuring and put my mind at rest. I was very happy with the treatment that I got and especially pleased with the customer service from Lyndon Chase and Kendra. Kendra was also very pleasant and caring, she also made me feel at ease about the delay and the fact that we had to travel the next day. I was very pleased with her infectious personality and the way she handled everyone around me. Thank you Westjet for employing such great people who know how to treat your customers. I would recommend this airline to anyone as I usually do. Thanks for a great flight back to Canada. I forget to mention that the letter I received from Lyndon Chase was very much appreciated, I have never gotten such treatment from another airline before. Thumbs up WsJet, Lyndon & Kendra.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! WestJet lost my luggage while I travelled to St Lucia. They said I can spend 100$ US which I spent about 265$ US (a bit under 440$ Canadian). I have yet to receive a response as to how I will get a refund and if I will get a refund in full. Worst service ever. I recommend Air Canada or Sunwing as I never had any issues with them and I travel about 3 times per year. WestJet ruined my anniversary, we couldn’t even afford to do an activity after all these issues. I also had to stay in my room the first night since I couldn’t buy hair products and make up. Also from what I heard from WestJet representative and the staff at the resort in St Lucia this has been happenening a lot lately. Some people don’t even get their luggage throughout the whole trip. Apparently now l need to wait weeks to get a response and possible refund.

Westjet flight attendants on flight from Vancouver to Los Angeles on the 22nd of January 2017 were amazing!! Our 3yo boy had a reaction on the plane and seemed to be allergic to something he had eaten in Vancouver,the flight attendants assured us all was going to be fine and organised help on ground upon arrival whilst also helping him in the air. Awesome work from the staff that night!!

Just returned from my first round-trip on Westjet. I’ve been to Barbados before, but always via Air Canada.
The Westjet flights were great. Both were on time. Seats very comfy and legroom was best ever for any plane I’ve flown on in 50 years of flying regularly. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Daniel is a hoot.
The food – or lack thereof – is what you’d expect these days in any economy flight.
Westjet is now my first choice airline. What a pleasant surprise.
I recommend them highly.
