Vueling doesn’t care about customers at all. People at the help desk give you an unbelievable attitude.My flight was on October 16th, 2019. When I came to check-in the woman said that my plane left on October 15th and was canceled on 16th, while when I logged in to my booking a couple of times before coming to the airport, it was showing that the flight is on 16th and it is on-time. Vueling never sent me any emails notifying about a date or time change.
2 women (one of them was a manager) at Vueling ticket office/help desk showed there attitude, while I was talking to them in a very polite manner. They weren’t helpful at all and asked me not to cause a huge line behind me and also go and buy a new ticket.
I submit a request for refund and compensation for my canceled flight to the company but got a refusal saying that the flight was affected by circumstances beyond the company’s control, however, I highly doubt that it wasn’t something beyond the company’s control. On that day almost every single flight left on-time. So I assume they’re just lying in order not to pay compensation.

Unsafe aircraft: the brakes were not working properly. I booked to fly from Venice to Paris on 18th September. The flight was announced as delayed. After 3 hours waiting the flight was cancelled because the take off preparations could not be completed in time before the airport closed for the night. The next day, after 2 hours sleep in a far away hotel, we flew to Paris and arrived 23 hours late. Awful, unsafe airline. Avoid them!

My wife, two daughters and I took a flight from ORY to MXP on July 25 2019. No problems apart from the secrecy of the gate number we were meant to line up at. Group A and Group B boarding lines were clear enough at each gate but out boarding pass didn’t carry the gate number and it wasn’t on the overhead screens showing the flights/gates throughout Orly Airport. The check in clerk we encountered won’t make it to management or PR positions with Vueling.

If you want to travel on a bumpy flight, have your plane diverted back after 20 mins of flying as pilot informs there is a fault with one of the engines. If you want to then wait for a replacement plane to fly in as your original plane cannot fly. If you want to arrive at your original destination neatly 5 hours late. If you want to spend your time phoning and e mailing a horrendous customer service team who flout EC Regulations 261/2004 and refuse to pay compensation that should be legally yours. Then please please book a ticket on Vueling Airlines and strap yourself in for an experience that you will never forget!

Awful experience with this company. 30 people missed their flight due to bad organization and we didn’t get compensation. After writing for months to customer service I had to go on trial with them. Their customer service doesn’t care at all and all they do is sending you automatic messages. Really awful company I would rather travel by horse than giving them my business again!
