Flew Economy
Could not change flight. Website did not work. App did not work. Customer sevice did not work. Other customer service could not help because they had “temporary restrictions” on all card payments. Worthless and incompetent.
Ended up costing me 600 EUR Extra

Flew Economy
I am a frequent flyer with a variety of good and bad flight experiences: I thought that the aircraft on my outbound flight was the worst plane I had ever been on … only for this to be surpassed by inbound flight.
I am only 166cm in height, yet my knees touched the seat in front of me which made for a very uncomfortable flight. This was compounded by my very tall neighbour who had to sit with his legs open, and partway into my leg space for the duration of the flight.
The lack of comfort during the flight took a backseat the uncleanliness of the aircraft. In my opinion, the plane cannot have been cleaned properly for over a week. My tray table was covered in dried up food and spills and the floors were disgusting.
Further to this, it does not inspire confidence when, as a passenger, I notice that parts of the interior are held together with duct tape. I am refering to the, at least 25% of seats, with duct tape covering the ends of the arms due to missing pieces of plastic.
I will never again fly with Vueling, and I will counsel my friends, family and colleagues to do the same.

Terrible terrible terrible – never again! I flew from Barcelona to London Gatwick one Sunday evening. When I arrived at the gate, we were told that the flight was delayed (no reason was given) and we would receive an update in an hour. Two and a half hours later, we still hadn’t received an update and staff were nowhere to be seen. Some poor guy who worked for the airport was fielding questions from irrate passengers but as he didn’t work for the airline, he couldn’t really help. I heard that when he tried to contact Vueling for an update, they said ‘not our problem’.
The flight set off over 3 hours late and no complementary refreshments were provided, despite Vueling staff (when they eventually turned up to board) saying that delays over 3 hours warranted this. I arrived back in the UK after midnight so the only way to north London was by taxi which cost £111. I got home at 2am.
I logged a complaint on my return for which I received a (sub) standard response not even acknowledging the points I raised. All subsequent emails have since been ignored.
That was my first trip with Vueling and definitely my last.

Worse service I had ever experienced in my life. 5 hours delay and no representative can by to explain what is happening and they they just left the passengers waiting restless and frustrated. The thing is that we had to up and down Barcelona airport changing the departure gates because their representatives didn’t even know at what time the flight would be available.

Massive queues at check in as there aren’t enough staff. Both flights massively delayed. Worst leg room I’ve ever had. Overall even worse than Ryanair!!! Never ever again.
