    Beware of Vueling! I attempted to book a flight online and after going through the process, did not receive a confirmation. Therefore, I rebooked the flight, again, never got a confirmation. Then, two reservation charges showed up on my credit card (this is the ONLY indication I got that I actually had a seat booked). I called Vueling and agent basically said “Tough.” I emailed them several times and again was told “tough.” And so have paid 2X for a flight that I still have received NO information on, despite repeated calls to agents.

    Worst airline ever. They damaged my luggage and refuse to fit it. Customer service is a disgrace. Tiny seats and very little leg room. Don’t ever fly with this airline.

    We travelled with Vueling from Copenhagen to Florence this summer . Before Take-off Vueling decided to remove all luggage and several passengers from the aircraft due to bad weather and a short landing track in Florence. The luggage was shipped to Barcelona and Vueling gate personnel guaranteed that the luggage would be delivered the day after to our final destination In Italy.
    We received two bags after three and five days respectively and our last two bags one month (!) after the day of departure. They didn’t notify us when the luggage had arrived in our city but luckily we have a neighbor that works at the airport and could help us find the bags there and bring them home. During this time we had expenses for some clothes and hygienic articles that now Vueling will not compensate.
    Vueling is by far the worst airline we have ever been in touch with and we have travelled extensively during the last 25 years. They have not sent one apology, information letter, mail or otherwise contacted us with any sort of information about the event. We recommend everyone that reads this to stay as far away from this fraud of an airline as possible and tell everyone they know to do the same.

    Dear Vueling. Fix your issues. Stop saying constantly saying “I’m sorry” or “We apologize” and fix your processes. It’s terrible! Listen to your customers and take these reviews seriously.

    Vueling is the Worst airline I have ever experienced.
    I am a travel agent for 5 years and never in my life have I gone throug or heard of anything like this.
    No price is worth the agony and stress they will put you through if something goes wrong.
    -27 hour delay in 7 intervals
    -delayed flight continuously 7 times meaning you couldn’t get out of the airport.
    -no duty of care- did not offer food or drink for the first 15 hours of the delay
    -left the elderly,disabled and babies stranded at Pisa airport with no information.
    -no staff at airport (did not even see 1 Vueling staff member)
    -Poor communication -no one to talk to( open restricted hours and closed on weekends)
    -0 care factor or responsibility
    -Generic responses. Who enjoys communicating to a robot? That is exactly what it feels like when you email Vueling. As if the hell they put you through doesn’t deserve a proper personalised response.
    -Vueling make it so difficult to complain in hope that they won’t need to compensate and try and get you to give up. I urge you not to! They should not get away with mistreating humans the way they do. We will g as far as a law suit if they don’t sort it out!
