Vueling lost our luggage on September 29, 2015 and as of today, January 21, 2016 they have only paid E400 for emergency clothing to continue our next 5 weeks of travel (paid November 13, 2015!
They refuse to communicate, will not answer on facebook or take calls to discuss the balance of +-800 E they owe under the Montreal Convention!!
My advice is to avoid at all cost and fly the major airlines!!
I would gladly join a class action suit as it almost ruined a great once in a lifetime holiday!!

The rows are set so close to each other that the space for your legs is absolutely unacceptable. I am 1,84m tall what is an average in Europe and I had to seat sided during 3hours. This practice is common in spanish airelines for short trips but I think is time to accept that people’s average sizes has increased significantly in Europe in the last decades.

Vueling succedes the performance to lose our both baggages even if the stop between connections was about 7 hours. I had an one week delayed bag and a lost one.
Tens phone calls, infinite waiting time on the line, rude call center staff, emails, poor and at least 2 weeks delayed replies if any, lack of info and replies, original papers needed to be sent to a PO BOX…
After 3 months from the incident I got a compensation of 300Eur without any explanation, even if the max official agreed amount is of 1,300 per each.
