    Travelled from Amsterdam to Santander Via Barcelona. Flight delayed in Ams causing me to missed my connecting flight. Poor and clueless service from Vueling staff causing so much inconvinience for my business travel. Rescheduled flight to Bilbao instead but Vueling LOST my lagguage in the end despite asking the same question umpteen times abt my luggage when i missed my connecting flight. Answer is they have taken care for transfer. Bad experienced!

    I got a return ticket from London to Amsterdam , leaving on Friday night and coming back on Sunday night.
    Experience was awful: 2hours of delay first flight, 3 hrs the second. No explaination. No support. The crew was completely unprepared. Ill never book a flight with this company again. Never ever.

    I bought my ticked 4 months in advance and presented to the check in 2 hours before the flight – which happened to be my 4th flight in a row and last on the way to Spain from Australia and at the end of 48 hours of travel, with a tired 4 year old. Vueling promptly informed me that I had no seat because of overbooking. When I said that was unacceptable I paid my flight months ago I expect to board, they told me they can deny entry and I should have read the terms and conditions. I was then denied my statuatory rights to care while we were subject to a long delay, no food water or accomodation was provided. When they finally organised a flight for us, we our luggage was lost and has never been returned. We have made claims which have been unattended and we are currently filing suit.

    Vueling over-sold my flight. So although I paid months ago, and arrived 2 hours before the flight, they bumped me. This happened as I was travelling back from Australia and had been travelling for about 48 hours without rest. and was travelling with a 4 year old.
    When I complained I was curtly told to read the terms and conditions. After a very long delay I was offered another flight which we took and our luggage was lost. We still have not received it and Vuelings number to contact regards to lost luggage has no idea where it us. I would seriously urge people to not fly with this airline.

    check in process was very messy and disorganized. Took almost 45 min to check in.
    Boarding gate was supposed to open at 10.10am and flight was supposed to depart at 10.45am but at 10.50am staff announced the plane wasn’t ready and would update in 30mins however at 11.35am there was still no news. When asked the staff were extremely rude and unfriendly. They insisted they knew nothing. Why work here then . The delay was longer than the flight itself. Very amusing indeed
