    More a scam than a airline: moved the flight departure two hours earlier the day of the flight: we showed up ninety minutes before departure, and it took them ten minutes to tell us that – the check in desk didn’t know the flight had been moved. The counter ‘gentleman’ told us we had to pay 250 euros to change our tickets, and had to decide immediately, because we were more than sixty minutes late. I paid that, only to find if i had just purchased new tickets they would have cost 75 apiece.

    If you brave flying with this con scheme, call early the morning you leave: they’re too slick with the swap they did with me to only occasionally do it. Most likely they have an award for most swindled this month.

    I was extremely disappointed and annoyed with Vueling and their customer service as I travelled with them for the first time. We got to the Barcelona airport 45 minutes before the actual flight was scheduled due to some troubles with the bus transportation to the airport. We only had hand luggage, but we didn’t do online check-in, since our apartment had no wifi and from the previous experience from Stockholm, we thought it shouldn’t be a big deal.
    After seeing huge queues at the check-ins we tried to talk to their employees and explain we only need our boarding pass. They said it’s impossible because they close the check-in 40 mins before the flight. The employees were not helpful at all, saying only “impossible, impossible” and referring to the other possible flights with other companies. In the end we decided to book the same flight in 2 days (later on by ourselves, not at the Vueling counter). The later flight actually took off 30 mins after it was scheduled (they lost someone’s luggage) and we arrived to Stockholm exactly on time, which means that most probably it was similar with our original flight and we were at the airport more than 40 mins before the plane took off.

    This past weekend, my family and I flew from Barcelona to Venice, and like it had been in the past when I have flown Vueling, the flight was delayed over an hour. When we landed I made the mistake of leaving my laptop computer underneath my seat. I recognize that this was my own fault, but the “customer service” or lackthereof afterwards was astonishingly terrible. After the flight staff would not let me get back on the plane, they suggested I call the customer service line. Understanding that they needed to clean the flight, I called the customer service line. I waited on the line for over an hour before someone finally answered. Their only suggestion was to send an email to Vueling informing them that I had lost an item on the flight. After explaining that, by the time this email would be read, my laptop would most likely be long gone, I asked that they please contact the flight in some way to inform them that my laptop was still under my seat. Instead, they told me the staff would handle my email. It did not. It has been over a week, and my email never received a reply. My laptop is gone. I have never experienced worse customer service. Vueling is undeserving of your money.

    I took a Vueling flight from Amsterdam to Rome recently. The flight was on time. The cabin was very hot No Air conditioner working. I had to suffer sweating all over for 2.15 hours.
