Currently waiting at the Barcelona airport at 3:40am. Our flight to Krakow was scheduled for 20:50. Originally a two-hour delay, the check-in counter guy didn’t know what time the updated departure time was. Only the original was on the monitors. We rushed to the gate as the monitor finally showed that the flight would be leaving soon. After waiting in line for a while at the gate, we were told the flight will be leaving at 3am instead since the airport at Krakow is closed past midnight. One would think they would have known that since they fly to Krakow every few days. No updated information or communication so far. People are not pleased.
This airline will need to undergo major change if they want to keep flying.

My flight Barcelona-Genoa (1.30 h flight) was delayed more than 9 hours, without any proper information or assistance.
Complete lack of respect for the customer, airline to absolutely avoid. It’s a shame they are still allowed to fly over Europe

Worst airline EVER London -Paris delayed two hours Paris-London cancelled ended up traveling back by coach with a 8 year old. SHAME on them worst customer service too BOOK WITH SOMETHING ELSE

delayed baggage had to wait 60 min in front of their desk with 40 !!! other persons. short flight frankfurt to barcelona. Was told it takes 2 days to bring me the bag to my adress!
The only thing I’ve got was a status message 3 days later that my bag would be now in Barcelona. There is no way to reach them by phone. There don’t even pick it up so I had to get to the airport and pick up my bag. Worst company I’ve ever seen. They absolutly don’t care!
