Volaris

Volaris is the worst customer service. My parents schedule a flight last month. Everything was plan. 1 week later my father suffer from a Cva and hematoma on his head. He has been admitted to the hospital twice and still in the hospital right now in ICU. I call to cancel but their policy won’t cancel flights. They could name or extend. They don’t care if your relative is dying. I even try to pay if their was a cancellation fee they didn’t even accept that. I ask to someone above the supervisor and they don’t have no one not even give name or phone number in charge of them. Their the worst will never book with them again.

EDITORS COMMENT: This is standard across the world’s airlines if you are traveling on the cheapest non flexible fare. It wouldn’t matter who you were traveling with the lack of flexibility would unfortunately be the same if you were on a non flexible fare.

Customer service is non existent, don’t blame the employee, it seems to be corporate policy. Sat twice in a plane with no AC when temperature outside was about 95 degrees. When check in booth at the airport malfunctions on Volaris and they ask you to see an agent they want to charge you. Has various issues with them and when you ask for a supervisor they are “in a meeting”. Will not fly again with this airline. I would like to remind management of the following airlines that are not in business, aviacsa, taesa, Mexicana, Azteca and aero California. They are no longer in the market not because of lack of passengers, but because of poor service.

I don’t recommend anybody to flight with Volaris specially with a connection. First they reschedule my flying dates, representative not friendly , approachable, and not courteous at all. I had to stop at Guadalajara and employee at the airport where not friendly either. Just overall i don’t recommend Volaris for any kind of traveling experience.

I flew many times on Mexicana , best mexican airline but it is now out of business. ..Aeromexico is a good airline if you got the extra 25% to pay for the ticket, I flew many times on Aeromexico and service is great…but I prefer Volaris, it is a low cost airline, new airbus airplanes and the service is not too bad at all….just do not forget your hand fan because I do not why they keep the temperature at 80 degrees or higher….I love Volaris and I feel safe every time I use their service…

Espero que todas esas personas que le dan mala calificacion a esta aerolinea porque no les ayudan a llenar sus papeles del viaje o porque les cobraron exeso de equipaje, mejor deberian abordar el autobus….que no entienden que las sobrecargo tienen otro trabajo que hacer? Si no sabes llenar los papeles que te proporcionan en tu lenguage es que eres un ignorante…o pendejo(a) como decimos en Mexico….tambien deberian saber que los aviones mientras mas pesados van mas combustible consumiran …. Larguense en autobus y ahorren dinero!
