    They cancelled our flight (which they seem to do A LOT reading other reviews). I called the airline to ask what to do next. They did bot want to explain why my flight was cancelled and told me to be able to move it to 9 or 10 days later. I said that 9 or 10 days later is obviously to late and not a reasonable offer. I asked for a refund, which they refused! They wanted to cancel the ticket and keep the money without a reasonable solution. This is totally unacceptable which I of course told them. After getting angry to the thieves they suddenly could offer me a flight the next morning..

    Please do not ever chose this airline. The risk that they cancel the ticket is HUGE and you will have problems getting a good alternative which could forse you to buy a new ticket elsewhere. This makes the airline EXPENSIVE rather than cheap, with poor service and lack of other advantages. AVOID!

    NO gasten su dinero en pagar extras por elegir su asiento , pague 72 dls para elegir mis asientos y tres meses antes y a la hora del vuelo me asignaron lo que les dio la gana aerolinea barata no vale la pena muy mal servicio

    Very disappointed in their customer service. They are very misleading when you purchase a ticket, then when you want to chat with them, there is no response whatsoever. Even worse, when you make a claim of an employee entering and taking what is in your bags, they could care less about taking care of their customers. I wouldn’t fly with them again. First experience flying with them…and this is all it takes!

    This review is for the customer service only, I have yet to fly with volaris, but honestly I feel like it’s going to be great! The person who helped me today’ (a few days) before my flight has very attentive, answered all my questions in a short simple- yet very informed way, his name is Alejandro by the way!!! Volaris he is definitely a person who you need part of your team. He represents you guys really well! Others who I spoke to before didn’t know exactly what I was talking about and proceeded to give me false and cut-off-short information. Smh. I was finally lucky to speak to Alejandro and I’m so glad he was the one to answer my call! Seriously, poor guy I asked him EVERY QUESTION that others didn’t answer properly; and if he wasn’t sure he would put me on hold and go verify. He’s awesome! I hope to speak to him again in the future if I ever book a flight with volaris again and have further questions! AWESOME WORK ETHIC ALEJANDRO!

    1. You can’t check in online if you bought multiple tickets. (Adult/on lap infant)
    2. There’s no English speaking attendants, even though there’s is an option for English when you call their customers service line.
    3. You get charged for bringing an imeant carseat when it was supposed be free to check in when you pay the fee to bring an infant on your laptop.
    4. No one ever really apologize for the mistakes made by any of the employees, if anything they treat people like idiots, They have no regards for anyone .
    5. I tried to reach them through phones, email, Facebook and I didn’t get the issue resolve, please report this company to BBB so we can at least shut them down in thevery USA and start an action class lawsuit. Save someone else from getting rip off by this company.
