    Virgin Australia are excellent on their A330 From the east coast to Perth. Crew are friendly and eager to please. Good meals IFE. Definitely my choice for east coast to the west. Our main Crew attendant Linden went out of her way to make my flight enjoyable. They are even better in business I hear. Best airline in Australia.

    I arrived at the Sydney check-in desk for my flight to ask rather forlornly what the number was for calling the Lost & Found department at the airport the next day, as I had misplaced a poster that I had bought from the Art Gallery somewhere in the airport. Well, not only were the Virgin staff sympathetic, one of them raced back to the Security Check-in to retrieve the poster for me, which is where apparently I had left it. I was totally blown away by the extra mile service shown in this instance, plus the crew were kind and friendly during this same flight, which was much appreciated. Given that they see so many people during the course of their workdays, they were kind enough to comment as I left the aircraft that they were pleased I had the poster in hand.

    Having decided to pay the extra money too fly business class so we could access all lounges and services we are extremely disappointed to arrive in LAX on our departure home to find out that we do not have access to the lounge until 5.20. We have had too sit in the airport, buy lunch and also the lounge has no signage and check in did not know where the lounge was located. We were just told it was upstairs. Very disappointing.

    Virgin Shuttle bus service from Domestic terminal to International terminal in Sydney is very poor. We waited 35 minutes at Sydney Domestic terminal for Virgin Shuttle bus to take us to the International terminal. Due to the heavy traffics the Shuttle bus arrived at the International terminal 45 Minutes later. That was 10 minutes after the International connecting flight check in counter closed and we were not allowed to proceed . We miss the connecting flight and had to stay one night at Rydges Hotel. That causes us to miss our first day tour in Calgary and Banff.
    On the return flight to Brisbane we waited 55 Minutes for Virgin Shuttle bus at the International terminal to take us to the Domestic terminal on the 5 June 2017.
    Although we manage just in time to catch the connecting flight to Brisbane a lot of passengers miss their connecting flight .
    Such poor services with regard to running the Shuttle bus to transfer passengers from the domestics to the International terminal and vice versa should not be tolerated as it causes passengers a lot of stress and grieve and expenses for missing flight . Passengers should be compensated for expenses incurred for missing their flight .

    Well done Virgin Australia you are truly the best airline out there. My flight was amazing and couldn’t ask for a better flight! The staff in particular ensured safety was their number one priority and ensured we had the most enjoyable flight possible. The seats were perfectly comfortable and the food was in particular tasty and delicious. The inflight entertainment never left us a second bored and I would 100% recommend this airline. Your not truly flying until you fly with Virgin Australia
