Virgin Australia

Virgin planes can be extremely cramped in space. Me being quite tall I find it very uncomfortable for my legs and its pathetic how we have to pay extra for extra leg room seats, I mean seriously we already pay enough for the flight itself. All in all, crew were polite, food was decent and it was a decent plane trip.

Previously have always enjoyed traveling with virgin domestic. This time on trip from Perth to Sydney meal of stewed chicken and rice was disgusting . Flavour and smell awful, not a vegtable insight. Then coffee had most peculiar taste , undrinkable. Stewards said it was the water. the lady beside me and myself were able to eat or drink on the flight. Virgin definitely needs new food contractors and sort water issue out

We flew from Brisbane to Darwin recently and noticed how old and tired the plane was inside. My seat would not recline and I noticed others found the same thing. It also needed a very good clean and vacuum. On our return journey my seat did actually recline but this plane also needed a good clean. Also both my husband’s and my luggage was damaged. We paid top money for these flights. We will not be flying Virgin again.

I fly in and out of Baramunya airport for work. on the way there and back Dave was our flight attendant. One of the loveliest people I’ve ever met, so polite and friendly, very professional, a really sweet man. Can’t give him a high enough rating he made our flights great. Thank you Dave

The food on this flight going north west to Christmas Islandwas vertually not edible the bread was so overheated ,tough ,no flavour Thought we might have had something different on flight back But NO the same tough bread over cooked and just not edible. Also no blankets supplied. Come on Virgin lift your game. Such an expensive airfare to get to Xmas and Cocos Islands we should get better tastier meals
