VietJet Air

I have got more positive exprience to fly with Vietjet Air recently. This airline has improved day by day, especially in checking in and boarding procedures with no more pushing in and queue jumping. Furthermore, I was very pleased with their ground staff, always be supportive and helpful.

Vietjet Air seems to give the quite good service compared to the other carriers in Vietnam. A major plus I get from my flights with them is no fuss was made about our overweight checked and carry on luggage. Even my last week flight left a bit late but arrive on time. Nevertheless, it isn’t the big deal, delay is the same for almost all of the airlines. 

This is a low cost airline which has not forgotten the importance of service quality. The flight attendants are particularly unique in the industry. Book your flight early, and you will get some of the best rates. A low cost airline which means everything beyond the flight is an additional charge: check baggage, beverage, food, etc., but these are not necessary for a short fly. The aircraft are fairly new. Arrivals and departures have been mostly on time.

I was surprised that my food was hot though I ordered it before, I love noodle and I ordered it for my trip. The food is delicious, I love milk tea, too. Overall, I was well taken care of by the kind attendants and by your service. I think you should improve your menu to bring variety for your passengers. Sincerely.

I bought 5 bags and 3 caps for my relatives, as this is my trip from Ho Chi Minh to Bangkok. I signed and handed it to my friends, so they could find a familiar airline when they came to Ho Chi Minh. The food and space on the plane are comfortable, but I hope the menu has more variety to choose from. Thank you.
