Very rude and stuck up air hostesses. When having a connection flight to Dubai I made a stop to kiev with my 7 children. Women that was printing our boarding passes was giving very unusual and weird looks which really angered me also she sat me and my family in different places even my 5 year old daughter on her own. That was just plain stupidity I hope your workers are educated because no sane person would do that her name was Anna and she had very short hair. Air hostesses seem to have no patience what so ever when asked simple questions which was another hugely frustrating thing. Another major problem was that the Kiev airport is a major international airport yet non of your workers can speak not one good word of English. Worst flight experience in the world would definitely discourage anyone from taking such airline and to top it all off its was very uncomfortable. Please reevaluate the way you handle customers in and out of the airport please because this was actually an absolute joke. Easy jet is a way better plane than this rubbish! I would definitely be discouraging everyone I know never to take this plane because of its very rude and unprofessional services.

I would never fly with them again.

I was very dissapointed with the Ukrainian Airlines! I bought a ticket from Frankfurt am Main to Kiev and back online, as i used to do all the time, and never had any problems. However this time they changed the tarifs for the baggage, for which i had to pay 700 Grivnas. For 16 kg -700 Grivnas! For the moment i was buying my tickets there were no these novations, as well as during my stay in Ukraine i never got any e mail about the changes! On the way to kiew, i was not requested to pay any fee, i had to pay only on the way back!
They dont care and dont value their customers, which is such a pity!

Gatwick to Odessa, via Kiev ( KBP) for the price all ok, leg room more than Easy jet to Iceland last year, staff on the ground and in flight as Ukraine people are, they don’t smile a lot, which is normal, but answered my question, I always think you get what you pay for, £112 return, perfect for me, going again 20/5/16 so hope the same, oh and free water, lol.

My flight got cancelled and they never emailed me about it � the airline representative admitted that I was not informed. They rebooked me on the same flight but the next day without telling me. No alternatives, no upgrades. You have to pay for lunch and baggage now if you’re traveling in Europe and the Near East. Welcome to the epitome of the worst customer service on the planet.
