Thomas Cook Airlines (group)

Myself and my boyfriend flew to Kardemena Kos in Greece last Sunday the 4th September and flew back yesterday the 11th. Cabin crew were amazing on the flight there and most of them on the way home. Although there was one air hostess who was extremely rude on the flight home. I found it very unprofessional and had I acted like this myself within my job I would of had many a complaint.
I’m not to sure of her name but she had blonde hair and was the only blonde flight attendant on the plane.
She needs to be addressed about her attitude as it was awful bad day or no bad day your there to do a service and she failed miserably and made people feel uncomfortable in the process.
The flight left Kardemena airport at 22:00 Greek time.

I have flown on many international flights with some of the larger airline companies, however, I have to say that my recent flight with Thomas Cook from Miami to Manchester and back was great, customer service was great and the food was excellent, I did upgrade to premium at the airport so did get the extra services premium offers. All in all for a low cost airline I had a great experience and will definitely fly with them again

We flew from Glasgow to Orlando on the ist of June , we checked in at Glasgow without any problems. We boarded on time and we were on our way. The flight was good, the meals were quite good as well. The only downside was the inflight entertainment, If we wanted to watch some decent movies we had to pay, I have flown all over the world with various airlines and never had to pay for movies. The return flight was good and we landed ahead of time. The same movies were on offer so I turned the screen off. The flight attendants were very pleasant and we will fly with Thomas cook again.

Had an enjoyable flight with thomas cook but my review is mainly to thank the reps at dalaman airport on monday 23rd may 2016 as we had left our passports at our hotel and they did everything to get them back to us so we made our flight on time .. a huge thank you and well done to the anastasia hotel in marmaris’s rep there named cullen is fantasic and helped us a credit to thomas cook �

On a flight from Majorca, where there was a suspicious passenger on board carring a lot of unacceptable items on him, which made other passengers panic. It took cabin crew at least 30 minutes to deal with the incident and remove the items from rhe passengers possision. I think it was absolutely ridiculous that it took them so long to react. Will not travel by thomas cook again.

EDITORS COMMENT: Thirty minutes is excellent!!!!! It’s a lot more involved than you think to offload a passenger. Whilst im sure as a waiting passenger it felt a long time it actually sounds like the crew did a great job.
