Flew Economy
Had to rebook an earlier return flight due to a sudden bereavement of my mother. Payed for reserved seating which were double booked. Ended up sitting seperately from my husband in a very emotional state. Service couldn’t of been worse by the check in team and just managed to get our prepaid meal.
Would not use thomas cook again
Don’t rely on customer service to address your concerns

travelled to mexico, 10 hours there, 8 1/2 back. pre-booked and paid for seats and food, we were served food on the way there, they had no record of our food order on the way home although our reserved seats were still selected. my wife had pre-ordered duty free for our return flight, they didn’t know who she was or where she was seated, useless! we complained, they re-checked, and suddenly found us. once we’d landed and left the plane, we realized we had left an ipad in the seat pocket. we were the last 4 off of the flight yet the flight crew told the reservation desk that there was no ipad, mmm I wonder who’s getting that for Christmas. movies were ok, expensive to upgrade, drinks very expensive, duty free limited, i’ll be happy to avoid using Thomas cook in the future.

I flew to tunisia in 2013 on an older 757 200. However i got lucky with my choice of seat. First row aisle seat right behind the lavatory im not sure of the exact seat number but im sure it can be traced. The lavatory wall did not extend as far out in to the aisle as my seat so i had the privelidge of unlimited legroom haha. As for the food i was suprised at the good quality of the meal i selected. But for IFE il rate fair due to the fact that a movie about a plane crash was playing… oops. However the flight overall was excellent, sadly not to be experienced again as T. Cook no longer operate 757 200s. But i would definitely recommend this airline 🙂

Me my partner and our 13 week old baby girl had a bad experience on a flight due to our girl falling Ill mid flight and your airline staff were AMAZING we were in alot of shock due to our girl and passengers and especially your staff were so helpful and responsive to us. Found us two doctors on flight who attended to us and guided your staff to help us. This was on flight from daloman turkey to birmingham mt 4927. I just want to say how professional and attentive they were for my girl and us. Fantastic and deserve to be credited for this.

Flew Economy
Flight Preveza Greece 18 sept. Packed like sardines in a can and treated like cattle. Claustrophobic, uncomfortable, nowhere to even put a book. No entertainment, emphasis on sales. Couldn’t move round cabin. Unacceptable will not use again
