Dont book air tickets here as they have the poorest airline customer service i’ve ever experience. We booked tickets from bangkok to phuket 2 months prior and they confirmed the flight. We arrived in the said airport and surprisingly flight was no longer existing as the flight we booked was under summer promo (or whatever they called it) and why the heck did they confirm it in the first place? they claimed that they sent update about our flight (just only 4 f*cking days) before our departure (which we didn’t receive) and they didn’t even bother that there was no acknowledge from the passengers about this changes. The only thing they can offer was a “full refund” and book another tickets with another airlines if you really wanted to be in phuket as you follow your itinerary (which will cost you double from original price). They wont be bothered if you running behind from your itinerary, they won’t give you any assistance or even small compensation for the inconvenience they caused.

And by far, the worst I’ve ever flew with. For days I’ve been trying to add my luggage and seats online. The site wouldn’t work. I end up going to their office, and surprise surprise : Sorry sir but for international flights, you can’t do it on the website! Well, here is one for the books!
I before that tried to reach them by phone for days. No answer or call back. Emails, no answer. I went to Facebook and messaged them. All my messages were “read”, but not an answer….
Alright, I need to add in my checked luggage.
Sure sir, that’ll be 10.000 baht (~309$)
Tu put it in perspective, I paid 7000 baht for my round-trip ticket.
I say that’s insane and makes no sense.
She says, and I quote : just buy another ticket from me and include the checked in luggage! And that’ll be 7000 baht!
Long story short, they made me purchase a ticket, win for the agent, win for the airline, screw the customer right? Right…

Avoid avoid avoid
Delayed flights , baggage rip off , customer care unhelpful . Low cost airline that rips you off
Looks the airline “intentionally”makes it impossible to buy baggage on line or by phone, and slaps a 300 baht: kg bill at you at check in. I say intentionally because none of the channel works, we tried it for more than 24 hours. Online does not allow purchase, customer care number rings out no one picks up ( 15 calls), social media contacts do not respond, so is an email not responded. All channels down at the same time can not be accidental. Ultimately we had t purchase a new ticket at 2240 baht with 20 kg baggage allowance whille the purchase online would have costed 400 baht. I feel like I am being robbed. Airline does not offer remedial measures as the mistake is clearly theirs and I was forced to pay instead. Please spread the word, airlines can not do this, only collective voice will either make them behave ethically or they should go out of business
