Thai Airways

After some years of not using Thai I gave them another chance. Flew from Perth to BKK and on to Hanoi and return. Service on all flights was good. Staff friendly and helpful. The food on all sectors was good. All flights were on time.

Everyone was friendly and very professional. I was really sick that day and had a flu, the staffs took care of me which was very sweet. Also, The food was also very delicious and the seat was comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone! Great service!

To who it may concern

On check in this morning I was extremely nervous about flying as I am 6ft 6 and really stuggle to fit In small places with my long legs.
Thankfully, I was greeted by Tom at the check in desk and he immidetly noticed my height and offered me the exit row seats before I could even ask. This really meant a great deal to me and I can not thank him enough for providing the perfect start to my holiday.
