Paris Charles De Gaulle – Bangkok on Thai 931 (Airbus 380) First Class
Everything perfect from check-in to arrival in Bangkok.
Cabin crew efficient and very professional. Foods and drinks as a Michelin 3 star restaurant.
Seat soft, wide, transformed to fully flat bed.

Sydney Bangkok return and Bangkok Phuket return.. Excellent flights. Great food and very attentive staff. Constantly walking around the aircraft offering water and drinks.. Flown on other airlines to Europe but Thai’s service, fodder and inflight entertainment was excellent.

I fly regularly with Thai Airways between Sydney, Bangkok and Frankfurt Business Class. The seats in Boeing 747-400 between Sydney and Bangkok are HORRIBLE! They shouldn’t use on long route seats like that anymore!
Flight from Bangkok to Frankfurt is comfortable as they use new Aircraft A380-800. The seats are perfect. Service excellent.
The worst part for these Airlines is Business Lounges at Suvarnabhumi
Airport. For us, white travellers there is no decent food offered as everything is extremely sweet!!! My last experience: They served beside more chooses GOULASH. I was very happy to see that until I test it. You wouldn’t believe THAY CHEF mixes plenty of sugar to that Goulash!!! I vomit. Disgusting. Whatever they offer in these Business Lounges is sweet. Why they do it? Because the Chef and Supervisor is Thai and they do not start cooking until they have on them working bench 2 kg of sugar + MSG! They can feed Thai travellers with this horrible food.
Same with them Tomato Juice. They use Thai product which is the worst Tomato Juice in the world! Just some mixture o sugar, a bit very low quality of tomatoes and colour. But unfortunately they serve this tomato Juice on each flight also! Horrible.
Suggestions: Stop using sugar at the airport lounges meals! Install one special barrel in the middle of your service desk and have there 5 kg sugar so who want to add sugar to his or her meal, can serve himself! But do not force us to eat this sweet rubbish!

TG931 CDG to BKK Seat 3A. The Flight Attendants were pleasant and happy to assist through out the flight. The seat was comfortable but the cabin arrangement is open plan compared to Emirates first class suites. Overall a very pleasant flight with good food and service.

TG 484 Perth to Bangkok. When I boarded the plane the crew welcomed me nicely and gratefully… With big smiles. Onboard entertainment was such a premium most airlines wouldn’t provide this much for Economy classes. Food was outstanding and again most airlines wouldn’t provide this much for Economy classes. Seats were such perfect, you would think you were on Business! I say this airline is the best I’ve seen.
