    I’m 80 years old, needed and booked a wheelchair by TAP. Before landing crew member told me that there would be a wheelchair for me inside the terminal. Passengers are transported by bus to the terminal. But no wheelchair, one person TAP tresport. I asked him, but he told me to go to airport service. Where is this, He did not knew. Good start. Found another member, please madam, where is my wheelchair. Very arrogant she told me that this was not a problem for TAP. Ok, I did asked several others, but only very arrogant and even abusive answers. Is this typical Portuguese or by TAP only. I did had boarding card for my onward flight and made my way to check-in. There was then company ANA, they helped me and service was perfect. But for me, this is not an airline to recommend and for me the last flight with them.
    I respect people and also want to be respected.

    19 Dec 2019 me and my wife had a business class trip booked with TAP Air Portugal from Copenhagen to Las Palmas, Gran Canaria – via Lisbon in Portugal.
    The flight from Copenhagen was scheduled to leave at 06.10 – it started ca 07.00 from Copenhagen. Due to the late incoming flight to Lisbon, we missed our connection flight to Las Palmas.
    TAP put us on a trip Lisbon-Porto 12.00 (in Portugal) and then Porto-Madrid in Spain 21.40 in the evening (arriving midnight in Spain due to differnet time zones). Almost 9 hours at the airport in Porto…
    TAP couldn´t care less! They refused to help us to book Hotel and transfer!
    Finally me and my wife had to book and pay for a hotel by ourselves at Madrid airport!
    We arrived at Las Palmas airport almost 24 hours late – and my luggage arrived 2,5 days late.
    TAP Airlines don’t want to pay us for our costs. They are not answering my email anymore. They just don´t care at all. We booked Business Class tickets – how do they treat Economy ticket passengers??
    NEVER EVER book TAP!

    NEVER EVER book TAP AIR PORTUGAL.
    Regarding business class trip booked with Air Portugal from Cph to Las Palmas. Due to late incoming flight to Lisbon, we missed connection flight to LPA. TAP put us on a trip Lisbon-Porto 12.00 and then Porto-Madrid 21.40 in the evening. 20th Dec on Iberia flight to Las Palmas, they refused to book hotel in Madrid. My luggage arrived to out hotel in Gran Canaria 61,5 hours after check in. We went to the TAP counter in Porto. More uninterested people you have to look for. They also refused help us book Hotel and transfer. Finally me and my wife had to book a hotel by ourselves. We arrived at Las Palmas airport almost 24 hours late – and my luggage arrived 2,5 days late.
    Worst “service” ever when in need. Never on time. 7 days in a row late from Copenhagen to Lisbon! The risk of missing your connection flight is…probably 100%. They don´t care about EU regulation. They don´t want to pay for your extra costs

    Tap portugal is bad company they damaged my bagage an after 6 month they answer my they now want the recive of the bag but who keeps that now of days none so i write i dont have that then they give me 2 options we give you a voucher or put the money on you miles an more account of course i dont want that i want the money. Never fly with them they are some dirty dirty scammers they are idiots they are rude. An my email is [email protected]
