    I have flown with TAME more than once and I have never had a problem during the actual flights. You get what you pay for and I feel that for their price, the airline, as well as the employees do their best to accommodate you during the flight. Every time I have flown it has always been punctual and the crew on board has always been very friendly.

    I had been a loyal customer to TAME whenever visiting Ecuador and had never had a problem with TAME until my recent flight. I had to cancel a ticket and repurchase another one for a different date due to a family emergency. I knew about this with about a month in advance and continuously tried to get in contact with a TAME representative both in New York as well as Quito multiple times. I called about 15 times and all 15 times the customer representatives were not helpful. I was given an email address in order to start my refund process and I was never emailed back. I am very disappointed with TAME and will avoid flying with them next time. When you purchase a flight make sure you will not need a representatives assistance because i’m sure you will be disappointed as well.

    I am very unhappy with TAME Airlines. I paid so much for such poor quality. Aside from the flight being delay more than 2 hours my baggage and all of the passengers baggage who traveled with me did not arrive, it’s now been 4 days and no news on my baggage.

    Service was awful delay in flight was not communicated to the passengers I paid for a direct flight and a stop in Fort Lauderdale Florida for refueling To top all this off they lost my luggage and they still have not received it three days after my trip

    Do not travel with them!!! My luggage came back damaged at jfk and after 4 months of filing a claim no one is willing to accept responsibility. Their phone lines are always down and the representatives barely understand English, even after pressing the prompt for it. Choose another carrier. Utter garbage!
