Flew Business
I was recently kicked out of flight with Swiss from Sao Paulo to Zurich in a very rude manner. Already seated 2 crew member start hassling me at an insane level.
Other guest on the Flight (Business Class) couldn’t believe what was going on.
No success getting any kind of justification or compensation for that. The Crew and later Customer Support Switzerland didn’t respond anyhow and meaningful. For sure NEVER EVER I’ll buy services from this company at all.
Futter more I’ll that I’ll never ever get in touch with any employee from this company (Lufthansa included as they are owner of this company).
I’m now in the process to get them into court in order to sack them as hard as possible. Hopefully I’ll do this with great success.
After the recent UA desaster it is very clear to me this behavior not being an isolated case I do not have any mercy getting them nailed down.
In the near future I’ll fly again. I can grant me being super careful not getting pissed off again by numbs.
Swiss? Spoil them, overall rating is just insanely bad. Please think twice getting any service from them.

Excellent experience at Geneva Airport (special services) and on a trans-Atlantic flight LX 22 from Geneva to JFK on March 12, 2017. Crew very accommodating, professional and facilitating comfort while being mindful of safety. Special accommodation to Guillaime and Ayla. Thank-you.

Please be aware, you must not assume you will be allocated a seat near your family!!
This airline is charging extra for seating allocations! When asking if we could be sat together they said, yes, we can sit you at the back of the plane. They omitted to say it was between both, busy toilets. Worst flight ever!!

If things go well, then it is ok (good food, Service on board good), but if a problem occurs there is a lack of Client orientation- nobody wants to help You, they only refer to their website in case you have a complaint- not really client oriented. They should take more care of their premium customers. In any case far below competitors.

flew ZRH-LAX in business class, single seat.
Flight experience was impeccable, very professional and friendly crew, clean plane (OK, it was only 4 months old), special Swiss menu food was really good, wine as well. video selection could be larger. Recommended
