    Terrible customer service from this airline. Concerns were met with little empathy. If they fail to provide the “elite” services customers are charged extra for, it is considered your problem as they see it as not an issue. Choose another airline and if you try to complain expect it to fall on deaf ears. Shame on a company based on customer service ifor showing no concern for customers.

    Nous avions réservé nos siges via l’agence de voyage. l’aller, tout était OK. Au retour, on n’a pas respecté nos réservations. Malgré le fait que nous avions nos documents de réservations, le personnel a refusé de les reconna’tre. Au retour, nous avons fsit une plainte, le traitement a été tr’ long et aucune excuses. On nous a offert 25$ de rabais sur un futur voyage. Pas besoin de vous dire qu’on a refusé. On voyagait depuis plus de 20 ans avec cette compagnie. C’est fini. Aucun respect de ses clients.

    We flew Sunwing to and from Cancun. There was no legroom on these flights for anyone above 5’10” – it was a very uncomfortable experience. I am 5’11” and my traveling companions were all over 6 feet tall. It was a terrible and uncomfortable 6 hour flight each way. We could not upgrade to the Elite Plus seats (emergency Row seats which would have been $40 each). It was uncomfortable to the point of being unsafe and dangerous! Sunwing = very bad flying experience. Flight back from Cancun was delayed 2 hours, got back to Vancouver at 2:30 am, not a great way to end a vacation.

    Sunwing have a tight seatpitch of 29 inch which is not uncommon for a low cost carrier. The more people they can fit in , the lower the fares will be is the theory.
