    Travelled from Perth to Johannesburg September 2014. This was the 2nd time that SAL overbooked the flight to Johannesburg from Perth. The 2nd time that I was put on standby.

    Flew business class from JNB to Jfk. A340. Excellent flight. Service was excellent and food was good. Was a non stop flight that made the flight more pleasarable. No delays on departure, No delays on Arrival. 5 Stars for SAA

    Flew back to Perth from Jo/burg on July 21. Was one of the worst flights I have had with SAA. Staff were not at all interested in serving customers. I may have been in economy but I think we keep you flying.

    A340-300 Perth Jburg, Jburg-Capetown, Jburg-Perth. Service good, captains excellent, good communication, automatic landing in fog Jburg, food passable. Business class seats go fully horizontal, certainly need the supplied mattress.

    A340-600 from Munich to Jo’burg SA 265 and A340 200 from Windhoek to Jo’burg SA 077, both aircrafts interior needs urgent revamp.Seats are torn and cannot be moved, Monitors in 340-600 out of order as well as remote control. No ho water. Crew disorganised gave impression of disunion and confusion. Intercom needs to be repaired.wrong headphones, breakfast served in the dark, cabin was not put in order before landing!!!
