frequent flyer on shaheen…they havent frequent flyer programme which they should have…Best value for money…fares r low compared to other private airlines in Pak n PIA n service andn overall experience is better compared to those especially their flights are mostly in time …..they just need to work on inflight entertainment.there minimum fare on Khi-Mux route is less or equal to what was PIA’s fare on the same route 6 yrs ago…takeoff n landings r mostly smooth

Traveled Lahore-Jeddah-Lahore last year on A330. Overall experience was alright with an unpleasant incident aboard. Crew was really nice except one idiot lady who thought I was filming her when I was filming the aircraft during takeoff. She insisted, shouted and threatened me for deleting the video or she would make sure I will not be allowed on this flight. (I was traveling with my two sisters). I refused, protested and went in argument with her on her tone and she had to leave and sent a decent man who talked to with respect and told me it was against the aviation safety to film the aircraft (Although thousands of such videos are available on youtube) but because his tone was nice and I had the idea it is part of security procedures, I agreed deleting it.
During the whole flight she will speak with arrogance and I won’t give a f***. And I noticed although she put good makeup on her face, she didn’t care cleaning her dirty feet at all.
Rest of the crew however was nice. A guy was offering drinks even during disembarking at Lahore Airport,helping old fellows offloading there luggage and meeting everyone with big smile and in response passengers were appreciating and praying for the crew.. Just that idiot lady ruined the face of the airline.
