LATAM

MY minors children were left unattended for 9 hours in a different state in Brazil. Even when they identified themselves as minors LATAM staff did nothing. 12 hours later they arrived to their original destination and no luggage for 3 days. During these 9 hours LATAM could not give any answers to the worried parents, overseas, and grandmother waiting for them in the original airport. Negligence and they will face criminal laws accordingly to Brazilian children and youth rights.

I had a really good experience. We flew along with my wife last week and be both belived not also airplane was fine, seat were confortable but service we recieved during both flights was excelent (food and drinks). I highly recommend lan or latam now to everyone. Both flights on time! Thanks LAN!.

Good 12 hour flight from Auckland to Santiago airport in a Boeing 787-800.
Comfortable flight with good in-flight service.
My wife and I thought the separation between the seats (i.e. legroom) was not quite sufficient for comfort.

Nobody seems to report about LAN domestic service in Chile, so here goes. Flew Santiago to Antofagasta last weekend. Spotless A321/320 on the two legs. 700 miles each way and total round trip US$80. Both flights pushed back and arrived a bit early. Planes are packed with seats but still comfortable for me. Quality snacks/non-alcoholic drinks offered at no charge. No bag charge either. Flight crew professional and service impeccable as is the norm I’ve come to expect. I changed to an earlier return at the airport and no extra charge even though I was on super cheapo fare. (being One World emerald level probably helped here). All in all I rate the entire experience a ten.

Si mides mas de 1.85 y tu vuelo es de 2 horas o mas vas a tener una mala experiencia y si tu destino es Montevideo ni pienses en volar en Lan no tienen a ningún representantes en la terminal, conclusión un muy mal servicio al Uruguayo y mala comunicación por no decir ninguna
