Excellent Flights, both trips to and from Singapore. Flight attendants were attentive and greeted me all the time with my last name, which is very seldom even in some full service airlines.

Flights attendants were so attentive that they even asked for my preference in when to have my meals as that was a midnight flight and woke me just in time for my meals before touch down.

Water was offered once on board, within seconds on both legs, even without asking.

Can’t ask for anything more, except for a priority check in lane at Singapore gate for security check.

Scoot is always my favourite on LCCs, even when compared to certain full service carriers like Cathay Pacific. To me, CX is more like a LCC nowadays than to Scoot.

Wifi on board is another reason why I am choosing Scoot.

We flew from Hong Kong to Perth with connection in Singapore. We chose this flight due to the booking stating that we would not have to recheck in baggage in the connection like some of the other flights available, so when we arrived at Check-In and were asked to pay an additional fee to ensure this we were not very happy. I went through my booking confirmations with eDreams and Scoot but could find no mention of Scoot-Thru. When we attempt to explain this or speak to a supervisor, we were either flat-out ignored or told it was too early for anyone else to be here that could help. We paid the additional charge. After we took off, I asked for a glass of water but apparently with Scoot they do not offer any free drinking water, only sell bottles of water and I would have to wait until the trolley comes past. I understand that on a budget airline drinks and snacks would need to be purchased, but not to offer water on a 5hour flight is ridiculous, and to deny someone water because the trolley had not made it to their row was quite shocking as I was rejected again when I asked for water from the galley (willing to pay). Finally, the seats were cramped with zero neck support or comfort.

EDITORS COMMENT: Most low cost carriers don’t provide free water – not something we agree with but they are well within their rights not to. No low cost airline (Jetstar, Scoot, Airasia) on that five hour route offers free water.
Scoot thoo needs to be made more clear.

Travelled business class from Singapore to Melbourne. It doesn’t feel lime business class at all. No drinks were offered, not even water. Had to pay for everything including blanket. No tv, had to pay for online movies using our own devices. Food was disgusting.

EDITORS COMMENT: As per our editor reviews on this site, Scootbiz is a low cost ‘business class’ its basically like a basic economy. I wish you had of seen the review first so you were not left disappointed as it’s very different to business class as most people know it.

We found Scoot to our liking for the Perth to Singapore and return trip mid-January, the only downside to not having Airline Controlled Entertainment was that the man in the aisle seat of row 10 was watching a pornographic video on his IPad, as such anyone walking past from the rear of the aircraft got an eyeful, unfortunately you can’t select the type of person you have to fly with!

My confirmed booking from Bangkok to Singapore vanished into thin air. No assistance given to rectify the problem. Had to purchase another ticket at the counter for $300AUD and Scoot advises they will only refund $69AUD. Absolute theft and fraud. I will be doing everything in my power to see this airline buried where it belongs.
