Flew Business
Travelled Scootbiz Syd-Sin 27/2, Sin-Syd 15/2, don’t expect 5 star more like premium economy. The plane was a Boeing 787 that was relatively quiet, the seats well although the base and back were comfortable the ‘leg rest’ was not well designed. It did not extend out far which in my case allowed my legs to hang perched on the hard edge which was uncomfortable and unusable in a short time. A fold out ledge would have improved the seat considerably. The meal was adequate much like food hall Asian. the website was very flaky as I was unable to select my meal as was proposed. An OK flight. The flight attendants were always on the move.

My opinipn is that Scoot is probably ok but in would suggest having a connecting flight. Purely because of a tendency gor delays. Of u do have a connecting flight, suggest book a day after scheduled arrival.

wow dream liners from DMK to sin!
everyone was super excited. To our dismay, once we stepped into the cabin. food / body odor was overwhelming. babies cries toddler wailing. was wondering if I’m boarding a plane or walking to a child care center. seat was super slim and can’t even recline . I’m not saying 180deg here. due to the poor air ventilation & lighting, migraine hit me after 15mins of flight. plane looked super old and smell dusty. I was sneezing through out…:(( we took this flight 19/03 TZ301.

Incredible service. The dreamliner aircraft has beautiful clean air and the windows are really big. Scoot has really good value for money and the culture onboard the aircraft is really fun and social. Love the scoot biz class too! Flew that too.

Flight was schedule to leave Syd 27/2 13:45 hrs local time. Flight delayed until 16:45hrs same day. The Customer Call center told me to check in 3 hrs before the actual schedule time 13:45hrs. This is the second occasion that I had experience flight delays up to 2-3 hrs. There were other passengers on connecting flight with other Airlines in Singapore and they are very frustrated because they loss their tickets on the connecting flight from Singapore. Don’t fly SCOOT or you lose your loot.
