    Should be called Scat Airlines. 5 and a half hours late leaving Melbourne for Singapore, 2 and a half hours late returning.

    I paid for a meal when I booked which comes with a can of coke because I am a diabetic I asked for a can of zero coke instead of coke (same cost for airline to purchase) I was told I had to pay for zero coke I did say begrudgingly that I would pay for zero coke but they never ever brought it to me. Then asked for a white coffee it came with sugar in it, and I said I wanted a white coffee without sugar and they said white coffee comes with sugar in it (never heard this in all my life). They then brought me a black coffee which I had to pay for. I never had the coke which was paid for when I booked a meal and they then charged me for a black coffee. Never again not the best on a flight when you can’t have a decent drink

    With our first trip in Asia, we thought we would take advantage of the discounted airlines in the region with Scoot. $500 round trip from Tokyo to Taipei for a family of four, was a steal and at the same time, too good to be true, we found out the hard way.

    Here’s the good, the bad, and the ugly:

    Good: Service on the plane was decent, attendants treated us with good manners and respect, responded to requests promptly, and was generally very accommodating to the passengers.

    Bad: Plane delayed for 8 hrs at Narita, since Scoot didn’t have arrangements with other airlines and we didn’t receive the notification email before arriving, we had to sit at the check-in area for 4 hours before being allowed to go through security where we spent an additional 5 hours. Flight was scheduled for 7pm departure but by 6:45pm, the plane was nowhere to be seen, they literally change the departure time at 7pm, very poorly communicated. Meal vouchers were provided, which was a slight plus.

    Ugly: Because Scoot uses one plane to fly through 4 different routes (Brisbane to Tokyo to Taipei to Singapore), delays at any of the locations would cause delays to all rest.

    Uncomfortable seats, crew that don’t care and schedules that they don’t care about. Simply the worst airline I have ever travelled on. Never again.

    Very bad, flight delayed by more than 21 hours. No proper communication.

    Booked flight on 29-Nov-2016 from Singapore to Chennai.

    Flight rescheduled from 10:30 PM to 3:40 AM to 6:00 AM to 9 AM to 6 PM to 8:15 PM.
