Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
Our flight was delayed 6 hours which meant we would miss our connecting flight so we took the option to cancel and receive a refund. We were advised it would take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund. Well it is now 10 weeks and I’m still waiting and every time I call customer service I receive a robotic response that the refund takes 6 to 8 weeks! When I asked to speak to a manager I was placed on hold for 20 mins only for the staff member to tell me the supervisor was on lunch! Absolutely disgusting

We wish to congratulate Scoot on the compassion they showed to a family travelling with a disabled son on our flight from Singapore to Perth today. They kept passengers advised of the situation and tried to make up time lost during the flight. We were very impressed. Our flight was comfortable and staff were very efficient and friendly. Thank you Scoot.
EDITORS COMMENT: Thanks for sharing such a positive story.

Ive flown scoot from the beginning, its a budget airline ,it gets you there
I have no complaints
lets face it, on a scoot flight it does the 3 things I need
The plane takes off
The plane flys
And the plane lands where they said it will land
Its a safe flight
I would recommend this airline to anyone

Scoot is the worst budget airline I have flown with. Its ground staff/baggage enquiry staff at Changi Singapore airport are very unhelpful. I purchased extra baggage up to 35kg for SGD88 online and when I was successful in paying for an upgrade to ScootBiz with 30kg of checked baggage, Scoot luggage enquiry manager informed me that I had to purchase another 40kg of checked baggage when my combined luggage weighed about 40kg which will cost me another SGD100 online and another SGD150 at the check in counter. There was no other option to just purchase an extra 5kg online. Since I had already paid for the 35kg in addition to the free 30kg in Scootbiz, it is reasonable to expect that 40kg is not over the allowable weight limit but no, Scoot ground luggage staff informed me that I had to purchase the 40kg for another SGD100. This is daylight robbery! Inflight service in Scootbiz was equally lousy. You had to pay for everything. No change of drink once the order had been keyed in by the flight attendant and no free blanket or socks. You need to pay for all those necessities! If you read the information on Scoot website, you get a different impression. Misleading advertising!!!

We flew Scootbiz, Melbourne-Singapore return.
The Dreamliner planes were so new and we loved our big, roomy and comfortable seats, especially good for my big, tall son.
Our pre-booked meals were all good quality. We also bought snacks and drinks that were good and cheaper than we expected .
The crews were very friendly, informative and very attentive.
On our 1st flight they wore dress-ups and played a Valentines Day game which included passengers from throughout the plane. This was fun and raised plenty of laughs.
The crew chattered to passengers and looked happy in their job. (Very different to some other airlines!!)
Scootbiz is ‘no frills’ business class so you do need to pay extra for ‘extras’ such as wifi, blankets, extra meals and drinks.
But you do get so much included in the very cheap flight costs including a choice of meals, drinks, tv channels, 30kg check in luggage and 15 kg carry on with big comfortable seat with great service from the crew was which is ALL included in the advertised fare.
We were 100% satisfied with our Scootbiz experience and the great value for money. We will definitely fly Scoot again.
