Flew Economy
Bad behaviour of staff
The whole staff treats you like a local bus passengers
Not worth for traveling
Especially the boarding officer don’t care about anyone.
I travelled with my family of 6 along with my wife and my childs and they issued us 6 different seats and when we try to solve the issue with the onboard staff they started to misbehave with us

Flew Business
Travelled on Saudi airlines 3 time this past month twice in economy class and once in business class. Quite impressed with the cleanleness of the planes and quality of the food. Cabin crew on one flight seemed in experienced but the other two flights were really good. We were worried initially because of the reviews but our travel went very well. I would fly again with them. People behaviour when one of our flights arrived in Cairo was shocking where people started pulling their carry ons and pile up in the corridor before the plane arriving at the gate, crew tried to ask people to stay seated but that wasn’t listened to, need to find a way to penalize these people due to violating the safety rules. Jeddah airport was fine as well despite the reviews we have read previously, had a Tim Horton and a Baskin robins in the terminal we were in as well as a really nice Alfursan lounge with good food variety and really comfortable seating.

Flew Economy
We often fly Saudia from RUH (Riyadh) to UAE (both Dubai & Abu Dhabi) which is about a 2 1/2 hour flight (we are British-American expats who spend 1/2 the year in the mid east). Although it’s not super posh, we’ve never had any problems on any of our flights. It’s always clean, seats are comfortable and more spacious than say British Airways economy (they seems to be plush, faux leather seats), and the food is fine and filling (often simple, local dishes like rice & chicken.) We also find that the staff is pretty consistently courteous and helpful, and they don’t make you feel stressed even when there’s a full & busy flight. They do try to accommodate you (for instance, I had to nurse an infant and they made sure to move me to a row where only women were sitting and I had some privacy – being that these are conservative Muslim countries.) They’ve never lost our luggage, and all our flights have been on time. Sorry, no alcohol available on flight, and they say an Islamic prayer before take-off (which we don’t mind, it’s actually a bit comforting!) The only thing I would mention as a negative is that sometimes at the boarding gate in Riyadh, it’s a little disorganized, and the staff don’t always let disabled or families with children on first – so they need to work on that.

Flew Economy
I use this flight domestic and International for the reason that my contractor is affiliated to this airlines. Domestic flights are good and on time but for international flights, I feel not comfortable, seat is small, and stewards are old. In Flight Entertainment is shared for long haul flights in economy. It was not satisfactory although they value time
