    Just been Perth/Broome/Perth with this appalling airline. Would someone in a position of authority take a flight in your horrible planes with seat pitch made for dwarfs. Take a box with you to put in front of your knees so you can see what it’s like for a 6’6″ man to fly in your planes. Hopefully like me you will be able to gaze at the two 4’8″ women sitting in the exit row with a couple of feet between their knees and the back of the next seat. As you stagger off the aircraft you can wonder why the *&^% you don’t offer premium economy seats for purchase. Drag yourself into the 21st century people!!!!

    It was a good trip, with the usual snack(dry) Dash 8 Q400, only 10 minutes late.

    I fly every week between Sydney and Coffs Harbour and have found that the service is great on the plane. When there are problems though like technical issues they take some time to get things organized but are very good in letting everyone know the situation. As to the alcohol I can tell you the web site is incorrect: they serve alcohol after 5.00PM and wine and beer is served upon request, not for sale as stated.

    I flew on the first service out of Geraldton to Perth. I had expected that they would strive to depart on time to set the standard but we left about an hour late. I missed my Perth appointment. I submitted a complaint and have never received a reply.Subsequent flights with this airline have been reasonably punctual.
