Between different friends, we took 8 flights with Peruvian Airlines over the course of two weeks. ALL were either delayed by at least 5 hours or cancelled. On my way back to Lima I spent 2 days at Cusco airport waiting for them to finally reschedule my original flight. They have only 5 airplanes from the 70s that can’t handle even the slightest bad weather, so it’s almost guaranteed you will have a problem with your flight. When that happens, they will try everything not to refund connecting flights or help you in the slightest way. The airline is simply a complete joke. Don’t let them ruin your holiday, spend a few USD more on a proper airline.

Have flown with them twice between Cusco and Lima. Chose them over LAN as they are cheaper and don’t charge you an additional tax for being a foreigner which is rude and discriminatory I believe. On both flights they ran on time, they give you a snack on board and nothing bad about the seat comfort either. No in-flight entertainment however, although who cares when your travelling a short distance within Peru and as long as your not paying a gringo tax and get their safely that’s all that matters to me. I hope they expand and get even better with time.

This airline is one of the best for regional flights in Peru if you are a tourist planing to visit to Peru. The flight attendants were really nice, the sits comfortable and they even give you snacks. Peruvian airlines have the same price for the tickets for Peruvians and tourist, so you won’t have to pay extra like in other airlines like LAN Peru.
