Flew Economy Class
Just to be clear, because the review submission system asks for details of the flight. The flight was cancelled, so I didn’t take it. That’s why I’ve written the review. Here is the review of the airline, not the flight. I went to check in at Cusco, to find the flight to la Paz was cancelled. The day before, they’d assured passengers it would go, knowing full well they had no plane. They put us on a bus to la Paz, saying it would take twelve hours. It took about sixteen. They told us if we got the bus there would be no refund forthcoming. I lost a hotel night, and the onward flight that I was connecting with, and I don’t think they gave a sh*t. Felt sorry for the check-in staff, who have to work for such an unreliable and shoddy airline. Maybe they prefer being on the ground, to risking their lives in one of their planes? I would never book with them again, and they don’t deserve to be in business, with such a poor service ethic

Our afternoon flight to Cusco was canceled & we list hundreds of dollars on our trip to Machu Picchu which was planned for the next day. Rescheduled morning flight was late – we boarded, pushed back, & then returned to the gate due to mechanical difficulties. This is the worst airline I have flown.

The experience with this airline is a disgrace. They cancelled a flight and I did not get reimbursed. I live in the United States. I got the run around in regard to getting reimbursed.
