Flew Economy Class
My LEVEL flight was canceled, as well as the one on the way to Martinique. So 2 cancelations within 2 weeks. Was trying to get the compensation from the airline but they refuse to confirm the real cause of both cancelations. They gave me a paper with technical issue reason and then tried to get out with weather reasons. Very bad experience with client service. No communication at all. Still wating (over 30 days) for their response to my other claim from canceled flight. Not hellpfull at all in fulfilling the contract between us. So be aware… cheap airline with a very bad service. Their plains are brand new though…

Flew Premium Economy
Flew from Newark to Paris roundtrip. EWR B Terminal has no lines but a drab passengers lounge. ORY West had a very small passengers lounge without power outlets and a bathroom on a different level. Entertainment Ipad tablet lacks chess game. Breakfast is basically liquid. Only regular full fat milk on board. Erratic power port which is turned on at the least one hour after being in the air. No information screen about flight details. No announcements about local weather upon landing. Good seats which will gain with an extra inch in width. Hot towels only on the inbound flight. A moist towelette would be welcome either on the food tray or the passenger kit.
