My flight was supposed to be through west jet. The only good thing Omni did was get me to my destination from edmonton to london.
The staff was generally unfriendly and seemed to occupied talking with each other or hiding somewhere on the plane to help the passengers or answer any questions.
The tvs were far and few with many movie problems such as skipping and fuzzy pictures. The lights in the main cabin were also left on the entire flight except for 2 hours before we landed. The flight attendants apparently needed them on the entire flight when every other cabin was able to sleep peacfully without them on. The washroom was also messy to say the least about it, and no attendant was available to notify…
