Oman Air

Aircraft doesn’t have entertainment, offers terrible cold food, recline seat is not working and crews are very unprofessional. All they want to do is to give food, beverages and collect trash but try to ask for some water they will make faces and feels like they don’t want to serve. I’ve asked for some blanket and they refused to give then later make an excuse that they don’t have any more blankets. A flight for roughly 200 passengers only to have less than 20 blankets either the crews are liars or the airline itself is cheap. Whatever it is, avoid yourself the stress and don’t book at this airline.

In the air, Oman are perfectly acceptable. Good food, service & entertainment. On the ground, however, a completely different story. “Customer service” is virtually non-existent (in Australia, Oman, and Switzerland) and passengers are treated with contempt, and are to blame when something, that is clearly the airlines fault, goes wrong. Be very wary if choosing Oman Air.

i have traveled with oman air 6th time from dubai to bangkok, and can say i became a frequent flyer with oman air before, bcoz they were serving good, but this time today was my returning flight from bangkok to muscat and than dubai, but it was horrible, staff looks like so rude, i asked for replacement of a food as it was so smelly fish with potato, but they told me to wait and than said we dont have that is finished….i left hungry without eating anything in a 9 hours flight,
after that even nobody asked if i could be hungry as its long flight, so we can offer alternate, that is called a customer service, i asked for a cofee after that, male steward was so rude, as they kept omani males and they posed like they r giving favor if passenger is asking anything. and he gave me black cofee without sugar and milk and left…. i had to request them again, in that case i would say emirates is the best, they care for their customers, i would definitely avoid using services of oman air Again as everybody has a self respect, i felt they insulted me today, which is so bad! i would not suggest anyone to use it…. as they became so rude! and if they will be like that, people have others als

Absolutely awful experience with this airline. Spending over an hour sitting on runway because a passenger has to get strapped onto a bed on board . Why did this person not arrive at airport on time. Im sure if i was late i would not have been allowed to board! I have to get a connecting flight but will obviously miss it. I wonder who will pay for the new flight i will have to book or the night i will have to stay over in bangkok. No thought given to stress this can cause to other passengers! Very disappointing.

The last year when i went to pak from kuw it was nice experince but my flight was transit and my stay in muscat was about 12 hours but i love 12 hrs stay .yes u guyz will be thinking what 12 hrs and then also so good .actually my time passed so quickly that i cant imagine ..
Now to the food
The food was tasty but the dessert was not good i would suggest them to change and drinks options were also few
