Flew Business Class
Flew in both Business and Economy Class. Business is superb, No complaints at all. Lounge is awesome. Economy is also good but crew is little slow with serving meals in the narrow body flight. Totally a good experience. Food is soo nice.

Flew Economy Class
I fly Oman weekly for the past 12 months. My last flight was no exception, with great service and new comfortable aircraft. The frequent flyer program is generous.

Useless ‘Customer Service’, terrible online booking system, unhelpful staff. I will never travel Oman Air again.

Aircraft doesn’t have entertainment, offers terrible cold food, recline seat is not working and crews are very unprofessional. All they want to do is to give food, beverages and collect trash but try to ask for some water they will make faces and feels like they don’t want to serve. I’ve asked for some blanket and they refused to give then later make an excuse that they don’t have any more blankets. A flight for roughly 200 passengers only to have less than 20 blankets either the crews are liars or the airline itself is cheap. Whatever it is, avoid yourself the stress and don’t book at this airline.

In the air, Oman are perfectly acceptable. Good food, service & entertainment. On the ground, however, a completely different story. “Customer service” is virtually non-existent (in Australia, Oman, and Switzerland) and passengers are treated with contempt, and are to blame when something, that is clearly the airlines fault, goes wrong. Be very wary if choosing Oman Air.
