    I had a very bad experience with their customer service. I booked a BUSINESS CLASS ticket and got treated very badly with their employees in Auckland. I also e-mailed my complain/concern to their customer service but I didn’t get any feedback and it’s already been 3weeks. Their employees were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL especially the SUPERVISOR in charge in Auckland, New Zealand. They combined the check-in counter for Business Class passengers and Economy class. We didn’t experience the “Priority Check-in” at all. When we reached the counter, their employee didn’t check our ticket and assumed that we were in Economy Class and even told us that our baggage allowance was only 90kilos total (for the 3 passengers), and she wasn’t accommodating at all. We had to tell her that we are in Business Class. I looked for the SUPERVISOR in charge and the situation got worsened. HE OVER USED HIS POWER. He threatened us that he will kick us out of the flight without understanding what was going on and sided their employees right away. I travelled with my parents. My dad is 61 years old and my mom is disabled. They were very strict and rude to us.

    Every flight for our recent Thailand trip was delayed. Return flight cancelled and re-routed via Syd instead of Melbourne. Bangkok to Mel took 24 hours ! Luggage didn’t leave KL til after we arrived home. No apologies. No care limited customer service. Very poor…

    Value for money airline. Howeve, almost close to a budget carrier in terms of food and drinks. The A330-300 cabin is old and needs refurbishment. KL-SYD they served Malaysian Nasi Lemak without peanuts, anchovies and slice of bolied egg or the other option was sausage and mashed potatoes I guess. The dessert so hard and no green salad option. Catering out of Sydney was better and KL was really bad. It was night flight and asked for a whisky they offered only the cheap White Label which I refused. Wine lists 1 white similar to Queen Adelaide and a French red wine. This was cost cutting to the bone at the expense of regular travellers. I can empathise with the cabin crew, they try very hard but the airline needs to look at ways to improve passenger experience especially when you are on a holiday.

    Food (dinner) was horrible ,I took the chicken and it’s terrible. I wanted to buy a souvenir for my friend but the airline didn’t sell it.My seat cannot recline at all and I realised most of the seat can’t be recline too.

    I booked my flight from Mumbai to Melbourne having 2 hours holt in kaulalampur. Flight booked from 11.25 pm india time 12/5/2017 to 19:30 pm 13/5/2017 arrival to melbourne .this flight MH0195 got cancelled ! Issue is there is no notification sent to best contact person phone number what so ever. My wife was listed as the passenger having my phone number as best contact phone number. She had to wait for 6 hours at the airport to be able to get a proper reply of what’s going to happen next ! This is ridiculous ! She has travelled to Mumbai airport through domestic at 9 am on 12/5/3017. She waited more than 12 hours at the airport for her international flight which was sheduled at 11.30 pm . Which I understand is not the fault of the airline. But when internernational flight got cancelled for mechanical repairs ! There is no update or next step advised to passengers for 6 to 7 long hours ! Called airline and they have no idea of what to advise in this circumstances. They said accomodation can only be provided if in KL. But for some one stuck in Mumbai there is no airline contact ph or accomodation available !
