    worst online check in system ever. no local support help, all calls through malaysia with over 30 min telephone queues, (and then they hang up on you so you have to queue again). food unedible (worth taking a pack lunch if you have kids). movies all over 6 months old, making for a long flight with kids when they have nothing to watch. they might be cheap after two recent crashes but pay the extra money on the flight as you will end up paying for it anyway in phones calls and extra food

    We travel at least twice a year from Perth to Kuala Lumpur as my wife has family there. I am happy with most aspects of the flight but have noticed a significant deterioration in the quality of meals in the last 18 months.

    Flew Business Class from Perth to KL on A330 then KL to London A380. Return journey was Paris to KL A380 KL to Perth A330. Could not fault the staff who provided excellent service from the time we where seat until we left the aircraft. Meal delivery was as ordered using there Chef on Line service through their internet site. The food was of good quality and presentation of restaurant standard. Thank you Malaysia will certainly fly again.

    Traveling from London to KL on 14th Oct 2014 flight MH001 , the exit door was making a very loud and uncomfortable noise for almost entire journey as we were told due to the vibration of the exit door.
    It was the most worrying and unpleasant journey for me all the way, couldn’t sleep at all and it was a huge relief once it was landed.
