    I purchased a seat with space for extra fees. For no reason provided, it was changed. When I brought to LOT attention, they said they have their list and I did not purchase the seat I claimed. They were not interested to see my ticket printed. Essentially calling me a liar. They offered for additional substantial money to upgrade to 1st class (!!). LOT’s behavior was rude, abusive appalling . All passengers around my seat got quite upset by LOT’s behavior. Replies I received from LOT are a joke and this behavior is a corporate culture. This is not question of what is legal, but what is decent, common sense and polite

    Such a bad experience, from start to finish.

    The crew onboard all of our flights were exceptionally rude and aggressive.

    Food is horrendous, seats are very uncomfortable with minimal space. The inflight entertainment kept stopping every 2 mins during a movie, for the whole 11 hours of our flight, making it impossible to watch anything.

    Our flight home to London was delayed, meaning our connecting flight from Warsaw was extremely tight to catch, we had 10 mins to make the flight. They did not even attempt to move our bags over and 2 days later, I am still left without my suitcases.

    Not only is the service provided extremely bad, the staff of this airline seem to be all of the same kind, rude, aggressive and should definitely not be in a role where they need to deal with people. Manners cost nothing.

    Avoid flying via WAW / Poland airport or LOT airlines at all costs if you wish to keep your belongings safe in the checked-in baggage! Be aware that according to the airline’s response of their rules, you should basically not put anything in your checked-in luggage. The airport security staff can steal anything as they wish without any consequences. Our checked-in bags were checked by security while transferring there from an inter-continental flight, messed up, all plastic and paper bags ripped open and “valuables” stolen from inside.

    I had a bad experience on board with Lot Polish Airlines company: my hand luggage was moved from where I put in the cabin it without noticing me. When we landed, I asked the stewardess where is my luggage and she was acting like she knew nothing about it. One person said he saw her moving the luggage. I talked to her again, I explained again the situation but she was too busy flirting and joking with the other steward, rather than hear me or help me and then she gave an answer just randomly: that my luggage is in front of the airplane. I went to the front of the airplane, asked the other stewards that were there and they said that maybe my luggage is in the bus. It was not, as I was looking for it in the aircraft. I went to the first stewardess – in the back again and asked, meanwhile my friend started to look in all the compartments again and found the luggage that was intentionally moved by the stewardess. What should I understand from this type of behavior ?

    I had an incredibly unsatisfactory experience flying with LOT airlines. My original flight was delayed, so I contacted the airline to see if the flight could be changed to an earlier time, and instead they changed my flight to the following day because of a clerical error on the part of the person whom I spoke with over the phone. Upon realizing this (when I was turned away at the gate), I called back to get on my original flight, which was delayed from 22:35 until around 2 or 3am the following morning, forcing me to sit and wait at the airport for several hours. My returning flight was supposed to be direct from Rzeszow Jasionka to New York Newark Liberty Intl on 18Nov2018, and the flight was canceled and I received an email stating that my flight was switched to 09Dec2018 which was absolutely unacceptable. I AGAIN had to call and speak with someone who switched my flight without informing me that it was no longer a direct flight and that I would have a layover in Warsaw. Then, the next person I spoke with tried to put me on a flight with a layover in Munich. I wasted an entire day of travel and had unnecessary layovers because the people on your staff are incompetent and do not seem to understand why a direct flight is preferable to one with a layover. I did not receive any sort of compensation for being forced to wait several hours on my way to Poland, nor did I receive any sort of refund or compensation for being forced to take a flight with a layover. I did not even receive an apology from the airline which is the poorest handling of customer service I have ever experienced in my travels. I booked this trip MONTHS in advance to avoid any complications, and all I was served were issues. It is absolutely unacceptable to treat people in such a way and I fully intend on submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
