    I’m going to applaud LAN business class again. Just returned from a Santiago to Madrid round trip, both all-nighters in a 787. Both pushed back and arrived a bit early. Service perfect in every way. Super meals, the best 787 flat bed seat I’ve experienced, four flight attendents serving 30 passengers….attentive and helpful in every way. The airplane was spotless, cabin crew and service were all impeccable. I rate it a 15 out of 10,

    LAN es una empresa que ha hecho un negocio de los castigos a lo clientes que han quedado en tierra porque cierran los vuelos en forma anticipada por tener muchos pasajeros, no tomando en cuenta ningún como fecha de compra del pasaje ,forma de pago etc solo les importa quien llego primero ,otra forma habitual es la perdida del pasaje de los compradores ,si usted no hace su vuelo con la fecha que lo compro pierde el pasaje no importa la causa ni el motivo (se enfermo , tuvo algo accidental etc) me gustaría saber a mi a muchos o casi todos los pasajeros afectados a que porcentaje de sus ingresos asciende esta practica.Los reclamos ante esta linea aérea con fuertes indices monopólicos en latinomerica no son resueltos o son resueltos después de las largas tramitaciones o juicios, escudándose la compañía en las agencias de viajes y estas en las políticas de LAN produciéndose un pinponeo de las responsabilidades que habitualmente perjudican al cliente para que hablar de los cambios de vuelos es un tramite kafkiano,el trato de LAN a través de carrier multinacionales se transforma en una comunicación al estilo de torre de babel,y hablemos de los errores de los pasajeros no tienen solución

    seats don’t have enought space for people taller tah 1,8 m or 6ft.

    Flight from New York in Dec 2015 was changed to depart 8 hrs later and airline does not contact its customers to let them know of the change nor was the delay announced anywhere, flight appeared to be on time until check in. This meant missing a connecting flight out of Santiago and missing a day with family. They offer no explanations or compensation. Friends flying with Lan have encountered the same exact thing and from other reviews it seems this is a constant practice. In flight experience was average, food normal airplane food.
