Departure time at 20:25 quite nice time, compared with Scoot which depart early in the morning at 07:05.

Cabin quite new and staff were nice.

Our flight was Manila-Osaka and it happened on the last day of APEC 2015 in Manila. Kudos to Jetstar Asia as they managed to fly-in to MNL (planes coming from SG) and fly-out from MNL to KIX given the small window for taking-off and landing imposed at NAIA then. It was our first time with this airline and we will fly with it again. My wife was able to purchase a buy-one-take-one ticket and it was a big savings for us. Jetstar’s seat pitch and leg room is bigger compared to the other low-cost airline which I have been flew before. The cabin is clean and the temperature is just enough for a comfortable sleep. The crew are all nice and I like very much how they do the safety demonstration. It was executed in a manner (not in a hurry) that all on-board the plane have enough time to listen and understand it. Arriving at KIX, it was a smooth landing.

I have used Jetstar Asia 4 times in the past month. The A320s are pretty new, clean and have a good cabin setup. The flights were pretty good with very smooth landings and good in flight comfort.
The service in the flight is the best service of a low cost airline I have been on. ( I travel quite a lot and have been on almost all low cost US carriers).

Crammed. Cancelled flight or did it. Said cancelled on the email but desk said delayed.email gave new time followed by one next day and yet another email. Must be something about a brewery that fits them.

Fly Perth to Ho Chi Minh via Singapore. Every thing that could have gone wrong for me prior to departure did. I miss read my ticket and turned up to check in a day late, not a problem the airline helped me out. Then the plane got delayed 15 hours, not a problem everything was taken care of for me by the airline. Arrived in Ho Chi Minh after having a great flight. I couldnt ask more from an airline. Problems happened, but they sorted it out and thats what counts.
