Our flight from Chandigarh to Thiruvananthapuram via Bengaluru on 2nd February was cancelled 48 hours before departure, initially we were told due to lack of time slots at the airport. Customer care were very unhelpful but we eventually managed to reschedule to fly via Delhi but the flight from Chandigarh to Delhi was cancelled due to fog. We got to Delhi by taxi at considerable expense and asked at the airport desk to claim back cost of flight to Delhi. We were told to do this via the website. I wrote to Ms Manasi Bhatia (listed complaints contact) at Jet Konnect on 4th february. My email was ignored. I wrote again on 15th February, also copying in Deepika Poojary (listed as the appelate authority). Verona Dsouza from Guest relations replied on 19th February saying that my email was received and they would reply to my query by the 28th February at the latest. They did not bother to do so. I emailed again on 5 March, 15 March and 29 March with no reply. Terrible customer service. They are witholding my refund for a flight that was cancelled and refuse to even reply to my emails. I have read other reviews of poor customer service. Be warned and stay away.
