    Travelled from Glasgow to Iceland & had a great experience both ways. Crew were very pleasant & helpful, flights were on time in both directions & good choice of inflight entertainment on good sized seatback screens on outbound journey. No screens on return but ipads were offered to every guest. Would travel Icelandair again with no hesitation.

    I have now flown Icelandair, 3 times and this is my final and last try with them!. I have never had a good flight with them, and it’s one of the most “cheap” flights ever, everything costs but when their service doesn’t match up there is no compensation. The staff is HORRIBLY inefficient and slow, last flight took nearly 2 hours to get a tiny glass of water. I had flights with NO working monitor, cabin severely overheated, unhelpful staff. It’s just a bad cheap airline.
    I had to draw the line on this last trip and say “NO NEVER” again…..

    4 of 4 flights delayed and no updates given by staff. Airline changed our seats three times since we booked, one of which was after check in. I need a window or I can’t sleep. Now I’m stuck in the middle and will not be able to nap. No more stopovers for me.

    I was charged double because I changed my flight from Iceland to Boston by ONE day due to sickness. Customer service is a joke. The first call is to a person, after that it is through e-mail. Very frustrating system but I am sure it is done this way to discourage complaints.

    EDITORS COMMENT: If you are holding a non flexible fare then no changes are permitted no matter what the circumstances. This is standard across most of the industry.
