    Worst website and worst legroom ever. Online check in worked fine for outbound flight from Lyon, but was unable to check in online from TFN despite repeated attempts. Called customer service and they told me I could use airport check in at no extra charge (online give you 50% reduced baggage fees supposedly). When I arrived at the airport I was told that I would be charged the full amount and that customer service apparently provides this misinformation “all the time”. Same thing appears to be happening again today. Clearly website issues. Tried to enter a complaint in the complaint seciton online and that form didn’t work either.
    Also worst legroom I’ve ever experienced on a plane. I’m 6’2″ (1.88M) so I’m used to cramped airline seating, but there was absolutely no space between my knees and the seat in front of me despite being all the way back in my chair. The carve out in the back of the chair in front allows for a smaller seat pitch but also locks in my knees so that there are no position options. Felt every movement from the passenger in front of me, who of course had absolutely no way of leaning her seat back. Avoid if at all possible.

    Don’t ever fly with this company. I booked a ticket for Cuba and had to change the dates because of some personal matter. The ticket first wasn’t changed but it was charged, as they said, because of the error in the sistem. I called customer service 10 times and all I got was the answer “We can’t do nothing about it”. After both me and my friend called several times they said they will give the refound for both the ticket and the changing dates but few months later I haven’t recived a cent from them. Charging me without my permission is nothing but a robbery! The worst company ever!! If I to rate this properly it would be -10!

    I have now flown Iberiar, 2 times and it’s one chintzy airline!. I have never had a good flight with them, and it’s one of the most “cheap” flights ever, everything costs but when their service doesn’t match up there is no compensation. My biggest gripe is even juice or soda cost you, a tiny glass of water is all you’ll get if they remember to bring it. It’s just a bad cheap airline.
    I had to draw the line on this last trip and say “NO NEVER” again…..

    The gluten free food wasn’t good and they gave me normal snacks to eat and I bit from one cookie and after that I read the ingredients and it said “wheat” and that’s something I can’t eat. I think the stewardess and those should learn more about food allergies and stuff like that. I let the airline company know about my celiac intolerant and lactose intolerant before the flight. I tried to talk english with them but they most of the time talked spanish with me and I didn’t get anything. Also I got stomach sick from the food and nausea, wasn’t because of the flying because I have been in a plane before. Wasn’t a nice flight experience, maybe I’ll think twice before choosing this airline company again.
