20min after making a booking I realised I had selected the wrong month.

It was an obvious and genuine error, the contact centre staff were rude, showed no empathy and would not change the booking.

Would never book with them again!

They see you as a dollar sign not a loyal customer.

I flew from London Heathrow to Madrid and then onward from Madrid to Gran Canaria. Both flights going out and return were with Iberia Express.
In my opinion, there is no differenced whatsoever between Iberia Express and the low cost carriers. Even on the international leg of the trip from Heathrow to Madrid, you didn’t get so much as a free cup of coffee. Everything is paid for. I will NOT fly Iberia Express again but opt for a cheaper low cost carrier. At least you know what you are getting for your money. The flight attendants also took over an hour to swerve ‘paid for’ drinks and snacks. I think they were on a go slow !

We were booked on a flight from Dublin to Barcelona. We arrived at the airport 2 hours early, but it turns out, our flight was OPERATED by Vueling…we kept asking people where to go to check in for Iberia, and we were sent back and forth from one terminal to the next. There was not an Ibearia counter to be found in any terminal, as Iberia wasn’t running any flights today, or tomorrow. We tried to call the airline, but due to traveling out of the country, using our phones has proven to be quite the challenge. We finally were told that Swiss Airlines is partnered with Iberia-we went to their counter, and they told us we had missed our flight and would not let us use their phone to contact Iberia. We were literally stranded in Dublin with no way to call. Finally, after adding an international plan to our phone, we were able to call Iberia, but they told us that because we had already missed our flight, there was nothing they could do except for sell us a new ticket. Worst experience ever. By the way, we also have a 5* resort in Barcelona already paid for, but instead, were at the lovely travel lodge by thei airport, which we ALSO had to pay for. This confusion cost us $500.

The seats are imposible to fit if you are more than 1.70 mts tall, It´s worse on the european flights. The long distance flights keep aceptable distance between seats.
The cabin crew is imposible, they don´t like their Jobs, never a smile, always annoyed at the passengers. Iberia should think of replacing almost all of their cabin crew.
European flights, no meal on board except paying, and even paying the food is horrible.
All people rating 10 to Iberia seem to be Iberia employees. Specially one drinking “Ribera del Duero” wines… where?, they serve the cheapest red wine in Spain.
