    my mother nalini bansal took the flight of goair. she was first time going in flight. in the airport no one guided her and goair person told that flight is two hours delayed though it was on right time. they were not all co-operative. in the plane due to air pressure she started feeling suffocated and was complaining that she is not feeling well. but air hostess was least not bothered and when the plane was landing she cried due to headache but still no one came for help. when she landed then she was so sick that we have to take her to doctor in emergency. atleast air hostess should take care of senior citizens. i hate this service and suggest no one should go with this. and in future i will never buy never buy any ticket from go air.
    my experience with indigo and jet airways is very good

    I flew on the 21.45 PM flight from Bombay to Bangalore on Oct 1st 2014. This was officially the worst domestic flight experience I have ever had. Firstly, I rushed to the airport thinking I would miss my flight. I got to the airport to find out that my flight was 2 hours late ( I find this out at the checkin counter while all the others on the flight were still waiting in line). After checking in I get the text message telling me that my flight is delayed at 9 40 PM for a flight that was expected to take off at 9 45PM, thanks a lot idiots! They said they were experiencing technical issues ( when indigo had the same technical issues they sent me a text message 3 hours before scheduled takeoff so I left later). At 11 45 PM we walked towards the gate to find not a single Go air employee there. After waiting for half an hour one employee told us there would be a further delay of half an hour ( not announced, communicated between passangers). Now the scheduled time was 12 30 AM. They made us sit at the gate for another half an hour and finally loaded us into the bus at 1 AM. Most of us boarded the flight only to find that the others were still at the gate. After keeping us in the plane for another half an hour and making the other passangers wait in the bus they refunded a measly 10% of the flight ticket to each passanger. By the time we took off it was 2 10 AM and we reached bangalore at around 3 40AM. This was a 4.5 hour delay! Such an incompitant airline should have its liscences revoked. Im not flying Go air again unless I need to. Other airlines have technical issues as well but this was handled in a highly incompetant manner. No frills no brains indeed.

    Friends, don’t go for Go Air, at least for J&K. They people don’t have crafts. They don’t have good pilots. It’s my recent experience. I was suppose to travel by go Air from LEH to DELHI on 2nd July, 2014. For consecutive 2 days they cancelled their 3 flights due to BAD WEATHER. Around 500 Go Air passengers were stuck on the airport. There was no one on the Leh Airport from Go Air staff to answer. Manager was there but was afraid of the crowd and wasn’t coming out. In front of our eyes, Air India and Jet airways flights were easily landing and Taking off without the BAD WEATHER issue. We finally caught Go Air manager, and after all the shouting and quarrels of around an hour, what he said was a big shock. He said they don’t have a craft. HA HA HA. we were fools that we went for go air. It just spoilt all our good memories abt the trip. around 500 Go air passengers on the airport since 5 in the morning, lost their connecting flights and trains, and there was noone from go air staff to ask even for water. I beg u all, Please don’t go for Go Air. Its cheap in price and also in its services. You can’t trust them. Its a request not only from me but from all the 500 passengers who were stuck there for 2 days. The days could have been more, if we wudn’t have purchased, Rs. 17000 tkts at last moment. better you pay some extra money and chose a decent airlines and not GO AIR.

    The Plane is always crowded and feel like travelling in local train. No proper response at the Boarding pass issuing counter. They close the counter before the fixed time of 45 Mins to take off. Leg space between the seats is not species.
