    I had a non-stop booked from Atlanta to Salt Lake City. They canceled Atlanta to SLC non-stops and put me on a 15 hr connecting flight arriving 11 hours after my original time. First they lied by calling it a schedule change and then to add insult to injury they said since the replacement flight did not go into the next day (it arrived at 11:59 PM!) that it was a same-day schedule change. They then offered me a 90 day credit if i canceled. This company will not give you your money back for any reason. Once you pay you are stuck if there is any issue. Their flights appear cheaper but when you add all the extra charges and the hassles, it is so not worth it!

    DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
    They canceled my flight did not refund me. They are unresponsive and misleading and are cheats. It took over 3 months for them to tell me that my question about a refund was equivalent to me voluntarily cancelling. Avoid this airline at all costs they are disgusting and the absolute worst to deal with. I have no idea how they are still in business. Do not book with them they are liars and will cheat you out of every dime they can.

    Not only they will change your flights time multiple times.
    The latest change I’ve got was a over 10 hours change (from my original booking).
    And as the worst airline they are, they won’t provide you any compensation or refund!
    They don’t even care AT ALL about you.

    If you try to contact them: good luck!
    Impossible via Instagram as they are limited the comments (wonder why?!)
    Emails are taking forever to be answer and if you call … Try 13 times without an answer.
    I tried again one more time and stayed over 2h30 on hold!!!! Yes you read it correctly!!
    When finally got someone, didn’t even care.
    They did not care and left me stranded. Never ever again, no matter how low the fair is, no matter the number of stops I need to have. NEVER again Frontier.

    Frontier did disgusting things to us. Fight number was 2878.

    Flight was supposed to depart at 6:56 pm. The plane encountered ‘technical’ problems during inspection. As a result, the flight was postponed for several times until finally rescheduled to 9:45 am next day.

    Now is the disgusting part. We stood in a line until 1 am to be booked to hotels to stay over night. About 15 of us were told that we were booked to the hotel “Pullman Miami Airport” and we had to get to the hotel by ourselves. When we arrived, the hotel told us that there were no room available and we were not booked at all. Ridiculous. The airline crew must knew it. To get rid of us, they tricked us to the hotel by setting us up! We tried to contact this airline and couldn’t make the phone call through anymore. When we realized Frontier set us up, it was about 3 am. Some of us slept in the lobby and some of us booked other hotels by ourselves. I slept for less than 2 hours that night.

    I am wondering if we can sue the airline together.

    After waiting for an outbound flight delayed by 12 hours, the flight was cancelled without explanation. Frontier said they would reimburse up to 550.00 towards another ticket/carrier. My last minute ticket and only option out that night was almost 700. Afterward I submitted required “paperwork.” After not receiving the check. They “mailed it to a wrong address.” A few weeks later I followed up again to determine the whereabouts of the reimbursement check. Between 2 different back to back phone calls to them, I was on hold LITERALLY for over 5 hours, only to be told the check in question was mobile deposited to an bank that by the way I do not have an account with. They told me that they had done their part and will not be reissuing another check. I followed their rules – but they WILL NOT follow their own rules.
