    Booked flight from orlando to chicago. Arrived 2 hrs. There was a mob of people with only 2 people checking passengerd in. By the time i got to the counter i was notified that i missed my flight. Come to find out the reason for such delay was because there were so many disgruntled customers at the check in that missed their flights prior to mine, such delay caused me to miss mine.forget about a refund, this airline would rather much hold disgruntled passengers hostage by forcing them to fly with them again rather than salvaging any customer service by giving me a refund.i found myself standing with10 other people with different flights from this airline talking to a phone rep. Worst customer service ever

    Booked a vacation through Cheap Caribbean and it included round trip flights from Philadelphia, PA to Montego Bay, Jamaica. Checking in online the day before was horrible. Cheap Caribbean did not give me a “reservation code” for the flight and the reservation code for booking my vacation was not the same code. After calling Cheap Caribbean for the code, I continued to check-in online. Even though I had booked months prior, Frontier’s site showed the available seats for the flight with a price on each one, starting at an extra $16 per seat. The website explained that by paying additional money to choose seats was the only way they could guarantee seats together. What a scam and rip-off! This is absolutely ridiculous and I can only imagine how many people they scam more money out of. I opted to not pay additional money and on the next screen it showed I had two seats together. So glad I didn’t give this lousy airline extra money. Next I had to choose if I was bringing carry-on or checked luggage, all of which had ridiculous fees! Unbelievable to pay for carry-on bags!! Ended up paying $70 for two checked bags for the flight there and $60 for the return flight. and, $2 soda

    New Bag fees.

    I just paid $30 for a carry-on bag plus $27 for my seat selection. These fees are outrageous and I will never fly Frontier again.

    Lots of delays. Very slow baggage service. Clearly not a good airline, but cheap. Will never take again.

    Our flight crew was awesome! I only got one of their names which was De Vecchio and there was another lady with a blonde bun and they were warm and friendly which usually never happens on an airplane! Just wasted to let the company know that whoever these employees are, they’re doing something right :).
